The Act is considered void. Wednesday, October 5. The telegram question is attracting attention. The TDaily Times points out thafc the practice of restricting messages to a length of 200 words afc a time, is contrary to the printed regulations, which except English mail press telegrams from the restriction, and that, therefore, on the arrival of last English telegrams, the Government acted unlawfully in imposing this restriction.
