I JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Super- , intendent of tho Province of Hawke's Bay, do hereby proclaim that a sale of Crown Lands will tako place at the Crown Lands Office, Napier, on Tuesday, May 31st, 1870, at noon precisely, when the allotments of land specified in the schedule hereunto annexed, except such as may be reserved under tho provision hereinafter mentioned, and which have been duly certified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the application of intending purchasers, as being unavailable for agricultural purposes, will be put up to Public Auction at the upset price of ss. an acre, in accord- j anee with the Land Regulations of the 4th ' March, 1853, and the additional regula- I tions for the amendment and extension of the said Regulations recommended by the Superintendent and the Council for the Province of Wellington (Session 2) to the Governor.
