The Resident Magistracy. — We are sorry to learn that the Resident Magistrate, Napier, has been suspended by order of the Colonial Secretary, pending an investigation into certain- charges which have been preferred against Mm. Consequent on this, the Justices residing in town held a meeting yesterday,! : ;when a ;rosteri was framed for the conduct of business in the meantime.
