IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for public information, that the Township op Gisboune, situate at Turanganui, Poverty Bay, on land purchased by Government for that purpose from the natives, will be sold by auction, at the Crown Lands Office, i Napier, on WEDNESDAY, the 13th day of April, 1870. Also, on the same day, after the completion of sale of tho Town, a number of Suburban Sections, situate in the immediate neighbourhood of the Township, varying in size from 1 acre to 10J acres, will be offered for sale.
