Messrs. Routledge, Kennedy 8c Co. will sell, to-morrow, at the Meanee sale yards, horses, sheep, &c. vVaipawa. — A correspondent writes :•— The opening of the Good Fellows' Hall, Waipawa, came off on the evening of Friday last. The hull, vvbich is a building about 40 feet longhand 16 wide, was very tastefully decorated with flags and evergreens, and the'company, which numbered about 40 couples, seemed thoroughly to enjoy themselves. Coliins's string band, from Napier, . was in attendance; and a mos.tejxqejleht supper, served in the hotel, in ;tbe, style for which Mr. Cowper is becoming so well known, was done ample justice to by all present. Dalicing was kept, up to an early hour next morning, arid nothing occurred to mar in any way the festivity of the meeting. . >t
