CHINA.
The ship Bnarine from Foo Chow has been lost. The French minister, with a naval force, is going to Nankin^ to investigate outrages on missionaries. The Viceroy offended Sir R. Alcock afc Nankin, and afterwards tendered apologies, which Alcock refused to accept. The marriage of the Emperor is deferred till autumn. The new treaty empowers the Chinese authorities tcx appoint consuls in British territory.
