trict to send more than three Representatives. No competitor is eligible to be a Representative who does not score 40 marks. 5. The cost of a saloon cabin passage to and from the place appointed (calculated at the rates charged for return tickets) will be allowed to the competitors, together with a sum of ten shillings a day to each non-resi-dent during his unavoidable detention while attending the competition.
