Napier Eaces. — The programme of the ensuing Napier meeting will be found iv our advertising columns this morning.
Public Holidays.— Saturday and Monday next, the 25th and 27th inst., being Christmas day and Boxing day, will be observed as holidays by the Banks and at the offices of the Provincial Government ; and will, doubtless, be so observed by the public generally.
