PUESUANT to a Proclamation issued under my hand, dated the 21st day of January, 1868, I, Joseph Ehodes, DeputySuperintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, do hereby Proclaim itad Notify, that at the Land Office, Napier, at noon on Thursday, the 23rd day of December, 1869, the Commissioner, of Crown Lands will offer to public competition, under the provisions of the "Hawke's Bay Waste Land Eegulations Amendment Act, 1865," now in force in this Province, Suburban Sections "West Clive, that are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and at the upset price mentioned therein.
