Hawke's Bay, and dated the 12th day of J | February, 1864, it was proclaimed and notified that certain land described in; the Schedule to the said Proclamation ais Rural Sections at Wainui, containing aboutllOO acres, were offered for public competition, and of which only one section was disposed of under the provisions of the Land Regulations then in force in the Province : And Whereas it ia expedient to revoke and annul the said recited Proclamation, now, therefore, I, the said John Davies Superintendent as aforesaid, do hereby revoke and annul the said Proclamation, and hereby proclaim the same accordingly. WHEREAS, by a Proclamation under - the hand Of the Deputy-Superin-tendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, and dated the Sth day of Octobef, 1863, it was proclaimed and notified that certalil land described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation as the Tautane Block, and containing about 7500 acres, should be reserved from public sale. for the purpose of small farm settlements, under. the additional Land Regulations of the Province of Wellington, then in force in this Province : And whereas it is expedient to revoke and annul the said recited Proclamation : Now, therefore, I, the said John Davies Osmond, Superintendent as aforesaid, do hereby revoke and annul the said Proclamation, and hereby proclaim the same accordingly. I JOHN DAVIES ORMOND, Super- , intendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, do hereby proclaim and notify that the lands described in the annexed Schedule will be open .for public selection, under the Regulations of the 4th day of March, 1853, and the Additional Land Regulations of the 15th February, 1855, at the Land Office, Napier, on and after Thursday, the 18th day of November, 1869. ! Bounded towards the North by Blocks Nos. 27 and 28, and Rural Section No. 1, Wainui ; to the North-East by Block No. 27 ; towards the East by Rural Section No. 1, Wainui, and a public road ; towards the South and SouthEast by Blocks Nos. 15 and 23, and ! the Manga-o-heu Stream; and extending Westerly along the Wainui Stream for a distance of about 5 miles, and comprising all the land within 80 chains of the right and left banks of that Stream, respectively. 152 ■■ — ' ■ — ■ ' y The Perfection of Prepared Cocoa.
