WHEREAS by a Proclamation under the hand ofthe Superintendent of Hawke's Bay, and dated the 12th day of February, 1864, it was proclaimed and notified that certain land described in the Schedule to the said Proclamation as Rural Sections at Wainui, containing about 1100 acres, were offered for public competition, and of which only one section was disposed of under the provisions of the Land Regulations then in force in the Province : And whereas it is expedient to revoke and annul the said recited Proclamation, now, therefore, I, the said John Davies Ormond, Superintendent as aforesaid, do hereby revoke and annul the said Proclamation, and ! hereby proclaim the same accordingly. > j Dated at Napier, this 7th day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-nine.
