PURSUANT to a Proclamation issued under my hand, dated the 21st day of January, 1868, I, Joseph Rhodes, DeputySuperintendent of the Province of Hawke's Bay, do hereby Proclaim and Notify, that at the Land Office, Napier, at noon on Thursday, the 23rd day of December, 1869, the Commissioner of Crown Lands will offer to public competition, under the provisions of the " Hawke's Bay "Waste Land Regulations Amendment Act, 1865," now in force in this Province, Suburban Sections "West Clive, that are referred to in the Schedules hereunto annexed, and at the upset price mentioned therein.
