An Impudent Theft was committed about midnight on Friday last. Mr. Fannin had just left the Council Chamber, and, on his way home, called for a few minutes at the private entrance to the Hebald office, leaving his horse made fast to the fence outside. Upon his return he found that the saddle had been removed by some pitiful thief. It was fresh padded, with the name " George Blake " written inside both flaps, and we sincerely trust the miscreant may be discovered. The Dog Nuisance is becoming insufferable in Napier.
