Wool to Ameeioa. — The sale of £10,000 worth of Cobran wool, announced in our last (says a Biverine journal), for America direct, leads us to hope that it is only the beginning of the wool trade direct with America. Why not? Why should the American manufacturers be forced to go to London to purchase wool shipped thence from Australia, when our cousins could get supplied in Melbourne or Sydney, thus saving re-shipment and extra carriage ?
