Second horse to save his stake in each race when public money is given, except the Consolation. All entries to be made under sealed cover, and to be addressed to the Secretary, at the Masonic Hotel, Napier, on Wednesday, 24th February, 1869, not later than 4 pm, Age and description of horses, and colours of riders, to be stated at time of entry.
