We learn that our issue of Tuesday next will contain tbe programme of the Napier race meeting. With reference to the Meanee meeting, we learn that it will be held on the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club course, and that the weight for the Hawke's Bay Yeomanry Cavalry race will be 1 1 stone or over. We would remind parties having entered horses for the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club Cup, to be run in March next, that the first instalment of the sweepstakes (£5) has to be paid to the Secretary on Monday, 21st inst. The remaining £5 has to be paid or forfeib declared on night of general entrance.
