Eangatira left Wellington at 3.30 p.m. on baturday' last with fine weather; upon rounding Cape Palhser, encountered a heavy gale from the westward, which lasted until Castle Point was reached, when the wind drew round to the northward, continuing until Cape Turnasain was passed, at 12 noon on Sunday last, after which the weather gradually moderated until her arrival in the roadsfceadat 9.30 p.m. same day, and in the Pot next mornins. The Eaugatira will take her departure for Wellington this day, H.M.S. ram Blanche arrived from Wellington on baturday last at 9.30 p.m., after a moderate passsge. She left again for Poverty Bay, Tauranga, and Auckland yesterday at 7 pan.

Star of the South, from Auckland on Saturday last, will take her departure for Auckland during this day, carrying a cargo of sheep.
