PROJECTED DEPARTURES.

Esther, brigantine, for Wellington Lord Ashley, s.s., for Wellington and Southern ports, July 15 Sturt, p.s., for coast

The schooner Hero, Campbell, left this port on tho 27th ult., bound for Waikari, but in consequence of heavy north-east winds was unable to land her cargo at that port, so went on direct to Wairoa, where she arrived on the following Monday. On Friday last she took her departure for this port; when crossing tho bar, the wind being light, a heavy sea swept the vessel, staving in the boat, &o. ; throughout thepasHago light winds wero experienced. She anchored in the roadstead the samo evening, and entered the pot at midnight. The s.s. Taranaki left Auckland on Friday afternoon last, and arrived at Tauranga at midnight. Left on Saturday afternoon, and arrived ih theroadstoad at 1 p.m. on Sunday last. The Taranaki took her departure for Wellington and Southern ports yesterday at 130 p.m. The schooner Annie, bound for Mohaka, Waikara, and Wairoa, left on Saturday last. The Rangatira took her departure for Auckland on Sunday afternoon, carrying 230 sheep and 14 passengers. The Star of tho South will make three trips between Auckland and Tauranga, carrying Mr. Buckland's cattle. She is not due hero beforo the 17th or 18th inst.
