I HEREBY give notice that, by virtue of Her Majesty's Writ to me directed in the above cause, I have caused my Bailiff to enter upon the lands hereunder described—that is to say, all that parcel of laad situate in the said Province of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 84 aores, more or less, being Block No. 17 on tbe Government plan of the Eskdale Distriot ; and, also, all that parcel of land situate in the said Province of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement five acres, more or leBS, and being Agricultural section No. 38, on the Government plan of the Turiroa Reserve ; the said pieces or parcels of land being the freehold property of the abovenamed defendant ; and that I shall sell or cause to be sold the last mentioned parcel of land, being Agricultural section No. 38, in the Turiroa Reserve, at the Resident Magistrate's Court-house, at Clyde, in the Province of Hawke's Bay, after the expiration of three calendar months from the date of the publication hereof, to wit, on the 12th day of AUGUST, ISGB, at the hour of noon, unless satisfaction be sooner made of tho said judgment, and all further costs and expenses conneoted therewith or incidental thereto.
