PARTIES tendering for any of the above* mentioned articles must speoify in their tenders the names of their sureties, who will be bound conjointly in a bond for a regular supply of the article or artioles they may engage to furnish. It shall be distinctly understood that in all oases the artioles are to be of. the best desoription ; and should any bad or faulty artioles be furnished by the oontraotor, no payment will be made for the same, and they will have to take them back at their own, expense, and supply a good artiole in their place ; failing which, the Provincial Government may order them to be prooured at the expense of the contractor wherever they oan be obtained. The oontraotor shall lodge at- %\q Superintendent's offioe a sample of any of the artioles for which his tender has bean accepted, if required to do so.
