The barque Mary Edson, Howes, cleared out of the Iron Pot yesterday morning, and, after a short de> lay, took her final departure for London, with a cargo consisting of 962 bales 1 bag wool, valued at £18,000. ' ; ■ . The Annie, schooner, will leave this port for Porangahau on change of weather. The s.s. Lord Ashley, due from Wellington and Southern ports to-morrow, will, should she have the Auckland portion of the English mail on board leave the same day, otherwise she will not leave until Thursday. The Ahuriri, s.s., frem Auckland, was due yesterday, but had not arrived at a late hour last evening, having been delayed in all probability by the strong S.S.W. gale blowing throughout the day. Or it may be accounted fur by the uncertainty of her departure, which was intended to be on Saturday, but which might be delayed till Monday. The Lord Ashley, with the English mails via Suez and Panama, is due from Wellington to-morrow (.Wednesday.)
