ON the 27th June, 1866, Moteewalxah, a Printer, was convicted at the Supremo Court, Calcutta, of counterfeiting the LABKLS of Messrs. Orossk & Blackwell, London, and was sentenced by Mr. Justice Jfliuar to Two Years Rigorous Imprisonment; And on the 30th of the same month, for SELLING bPURIOUS ARTICLES bearing Labels in imitation of Messrs. Crosse and Blackwell's, Shaik Bacuoo was sentencedj by tho Suburban Magistrate at Sealdah, to Two Years Rigorous Imprisonment.
