PRUSSIA.
Berlin, Dee. 10. The Prussian Minister of Justice, Count von Lippe, has resigned. It is supposed, that Leonhardt will be appointed his successor. The Prussian House of Deputies has voted to transfer the expenses of the Foreign Office of Prussia to the budget of the JSorth German confederation. Important changes in the existing tariff rates of the Zollverein are contemplated. The private treaties indemnifying the displaced princes of Hanover and the other provinces annexed by Prussia were , to-day approved by the Diet. Droyse, the inventor of the needle gun, is dead. ,
