The s.s, Rangitoto, W. H. Bax, R.N.R., commander, arrived at the Bluff on Saturday afternoon at 4*40 p.m. Left Sandridge at 4 p.m. on the 13th instant. Tho r Bombay anchored in Hobson's Bay at 6 a.m. on the 13th inst. She brings intelli,y gence of alterations in mail arrangements. In future the mail will leave England every •four weeks, giving thirteen mails - -yearly ; the next mail leaves Sydney on the 2nd February. There will be no mail on the 24th January.
