In the Assigned Estate of Charles Hudson, of Napier, livery stable keeper. rpAKE NOTICE, that by a Deed of ConX veyance and Assignment, dated the 12th day of August, 1867, the abovenamed Charles Hudson conveyed and assigned all hia real and personal estate unto Btapylton Cotton Caulton, of Napier, greengrocer, and Arthur Charles Haymes, of the same place, watoh* maker, upon trust for the benefit of all the oreditors of the said Charles Hudson who should sign the said deed within one month 'from the date thereof. And take further notice, that the said deed now lies at my office for the signatures qJ? such of the creditors of the said Charles Hudson who have not yet signed the same, and that all persons who shall neglect or refuse to sign the same within the abovementioned period will be exoluded from all benefit under the said deed.
