' (~XN the 27th June, 1866, Moteewallah, V-J a Printer, was convicted at the ' Supreme Court, Calcutta, of counterfeiting the LABELS of Messrs. Ojbosse & Biaokwekd, London, and was sentenced by Mr. Justice Phear to Two Years Rigorous Imprisonment ; And on the 30th of the same month, for SELLING SPURIOUS ARTICLES bearing Labels in imitation, of Messrs. Crosse and Blaokwell's, Shaik Baohoo was sentenced, by the Suburban Magistrate at Sealdah, to Two Yearß Rigorous Imprisonment, Caution.— Any one selling SPURIOUS OILMEN'S STORES, under Crosse and Blackwell's name, will be liable to the same punishment, and will be vigorously prosecuted.
