ON reading the petition of David Blaok of Meanee briokmaker and on hearing Mr. Allan of oounsel it is ordered that the estate and effeots of the petitioner be sequestrated in the hands of Edward Lyndon of Napier in the province of Hawke's Bay auctioneer and that the. said petitioner do oome up for hearing before His Honor Mr. Justice Johnston at the Supreme Court House Napier on the first practicable sittings of the said Court at the lour of ten o'olook in the forenoon and that a meeting of the oreditors of the said petitioner be held at a time and plaoe to be 'fixed by the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Btawke's Bay for the purpose of recommending trustees of the said estate and the mode of winding up the said estate and to report to this Honorable Court whether the creditors recommend that the said debtor should obtain his final disoharge without reference to the amount of his estate And it is further, ordered that until the hearing of the said petition the' said petitioner be proteoted from arrest except jn such cases as would render him liable to arrest or mesne process by the order of a Judge of this Court or of a Kegistrar of this Court in the absence of a Judge thereof until further order of this Honorable Court, '„ ■ BY THE COURT.
