To the Owner or Owners of Sections No. 509 and 603, Township of Olyde, Or whomsoever it may ooncern, fTUKE NOTICE that I, the undersigned, X George Preeoe, owner of Seotion No. 508, Township of Olyde, intend ereoting a dividing fence between my land and the sections abovenamed, in conformity with the Fencing Act of the Provincial Counoil of the Provinoe of Wellington, Session 1 No. 13, and of the Fencing Amendment Aot of the Provincial Council of Hawke's Bay, Session 8 No. 7, and I hereby require you to aßßist in ereoting the said dividing fence within 31 days from this date, otherwise I shall proceed to erect the same and call upoa you for payment of onehalf the cost of erecting or making the whole of such dividing fenoe.
