"VT OTICE is hereby given that Colin Camp* ±S bell of Napier in the Province of Hawke's Bay settler by a deed dated the Bth day of July 1867 and made between the said Colin Campbell of the first part and John Stuart of Napier aforesaid merohant of the second part and the several persons whose names should be thereunto subscribed being creditors of the eaid Colin Campbell of the third part for the considerations therein mentioned conveyed assigned and otherwise assured all his real and personal estate whatso ever and wheresoever unto the said John Stuart upon trust for the benefit of suoh of the general bo.dy of creditors of the v said Colin Campbell who Bhould exeoute the said deed within three calendar months from the date thereof. And further notioe is hereby given that the deed above mentioned is lying at the offioe of the undersigned for the signatures and execution of the several oreditors of the said Coiin Campbell.
