ARRIVAL OF THE MONTMORENCY. The Montmorency, with immigrants for this port, arrived on the afternoon of Sunday last, after a splendid passage of 103 days from the Nore, and 96 from pilot to pilot. The Montmorency left the docks on the 7th December, but, encountering severe weather in the channel, did not take her final departure till tbe 18th, when the pilot was landed off Plymouth. On Sunday the 24th, at 10 a.m., sighted Cape Kidnappers ; entered Hawke's Bay in course of the forenoon, and anchored in Ahuriri roadstead at half-past 3 p.m. The ship arrived in excellent order, and good health has prevailed throughout the voyage. One birth and 4 deaths occurred, tho latter those of infants, Tbe immigrants were landed yesterday, and are described as a very superior class. Good order has been observed on board, and captain and officers are highly spoken of by the passengers.
