His performances are as follows :— In 1864, as a three- year old, he started << times; won the 10 soys. sweep; T.Y.C. a Newmarket; won the Handicap sweep, 10 soys. T.Y.C, beating Attraction, Sytham, Usher, and nine others; won the sweep of 10 boys. T.Y.C, beating Antidote and others j won the Welter Handicap of 5 soys. each at Leamington, beating four others. He also ran second twice. In 1865 he started 9 tiuiv?3 ; won a Handicap Plate of 50 soys. at Warwick, and another Handicap of 50 soys, the next day ; won the Brighton Stakes of 10 soys. each, 54 subs., £100 added, beating 23 horses, including Light, Ostregor, Deerfoofc, Skirmish, Moneyspinner, and Glendoroh ; won the Epsom 4year old Stakes of 50 soys. each over the new Derby Course, by three lengths ; won the County Members' Plate of 50 boys.. added to a sweep of 5 soya, each, 25 subs., at Nottingham, beating Attache and others. NOTICE is hereby given, that the Waste Land Board of Otogo have resolved, with the sanction of the Superintendent and Provincial Council, to sell by auction, uuder the powers conferred by clause 35 of the " Otngo Waste Lands Act, 1866," the unsold surveyed lands within tho Hundreds of Dunedin, East and West Taieri, North and South Tokomairiro, and West and East Cluthr , and Waihola, at the upset price of 10s. per acre. The sale of the above lands will commence on Tuesday, the 26th day of March, 1857, at 12 o'clock, within the Provincial Council Hall, Government Buildings, Dunedin; and will begin with the allotments in the Dunedin Hundred, followed by those in the other Hundreds, in tne order named above.
