This is to give notice that she will retain the possession she now holds of ALL PROPERTY of the said ROBERT FRANCE, Freehold or otherwise, until a suitable maintenance be allowed her, or until she be legally ejected. And all Persons interested in the payment of Monies to the said ROBERT FRANOE are hereby warned not to pay same unto any Person or Persons whomsoever, until Rome provision for the maintenance of his Wife be made. BERT FRANCE are informed that it is not his wife's intention to attempt recovery of the same by any process of law ; and as she holds the only legal proofs of the existence of the said debts, such attempt on any other person's part will neither be recognised nor facilitated by her. The following letter from her Solicitor as to the alleged existence of a power of attorney from her husband is made publio for debtors' information and guidance if they see fit. ELIZA FRANCE. Deab Madam,— Pursuant to your instructions, I applied to Mr. Lyndon requesting him to allow me to peruse the power of attorney, " your husband to himself," alleged to be held by him, and he referred mo to Mr. Wilson (his Solicitor), whom I also saw, and he refused to allow me to peruse the power.
