This is to give notice that she will retain the possession she now holds of ALL PROPERTY of the said ROBERT FRANCE, Freehold or otherwise, until a suitable maintenance be allowed her, or until she be legally ejected. And all Persons interested in the payment of Monies to the said ROBERT FRANOE are hereby warned not to pay same unto any Person or Persons whomsoever, until Rome provision for the maintenance of his Wife be made.
