Educational. MR. MARSHALL, with a view to satisfy the deaire whioh haa been lately expressed for the establishment of a GRAMMAR SCHOOL in Napier, haa engaged the services of a competent assistant, and begs leave to inform hia friendß and the public that the School will re-open on MONDAY, the 28th of January, under the title of _&_£ NAPIER GRAMMAR SCHOOL. The course of inßtruction in the Upper School will embrace Greek, Latin, Frenoh, Mathematics, Commercial Arithmetic and Bookkeeping, together with History, Geography, and the uae of the Globes, and Pencil and Water-color Drawing. Tho boya in .he lower School will be taught all the usual brancheß of a sound Engliah education, together with Penoil Drawing, and the rudimentß of perspective. TERMS:— For Pay Soholars in the Upper School— £4 per quarter In the Lower ditto— £2 per'quarter Boarders-*- dBSO per annum.
