TAKE NOTICE that by a Deed bearing date the 22nd day of December 1865 and made between Graham Douglaß Hunter of Napier in the Province of Hawke's Bay Livery-Stable Keeper of the firat part William Routledge Merchant and Edward Lyndon Accountant both of Napier aforesaid of the second part and the se-' veral persons whose names are thereunto subscribed being Creditors of the aaid Graham DouglasHunter of the third part the said Graham Douglas Hunter did assign all Horsea book and other debts and all other the peraonal property of him the said Graham Douglas Hunter upon trust after the payment of certain sums therein for the equal benefit of all bucli of the Creditors of the said Graham Douglas Hunter as should execute the said Deed within three months from the date thereof The said Deed waa executed by the said Graham Douglas Hunter the aaid William Routledge and Edward Lyndon and the execution thereof attested by John Nathaniel Wilson of Napier aforesaid Solicitor on the day of the date thereof and lies at the office of the undersigned for execution by Creditors.
