I DONALD McLEAN, Superintendent of tho * Province of Hawke's Bay, do hereby Proclaim that a sale of Crown Lands will take place at the Crown Lands Ofilce, Napier, on Fbxday, the 19th day of Februaby, 1864, at Noon precisely, when the allotments of Land specified in the schedule hereunto annexed, and which have been duly certified by the Commissioner of Crown Lands on the application of intending purchasers, as being unavailable for agri" cultural purposes, will be put up to Public Auction at the upset price of five shillings per acre, in accordance with tbe Land Regulations of the 4th March, 1853, and the additional regulations for tbe amendment and extension of the Baid Regulations, recommended by the Superintendent and the Council for the Province of Wellington (Session 2) to the Governor.
