AKRIVED. December 22 — Corio, s.s., 116 tons, George Mundle, from. Auckland, with 2 J-tierces tobacco, 1 case cigars, Watt, Kennedy '& Watt; 4 casks (transhipped ex Relvellynf, M. Boylan ; 2 cases merchandize, 1 cask zinc, 18 tons flour, order; 1 case, S. Begg ; 1 case, 2 pieces machinery. 1 box merchandize, Stuart & Co ; 1 case machinery, A. Grant; 2 casks merchandize, Newton, Irvine & Co; 3 rolls iron roofing, 1 parcel nails, Kinross & Co ; 1 package revolvers, Major Whitmore. Passengers — Messrs. Gifford, Danvers, Pooke and Hardwood.— Kinross & Co., agents. SAILED. December 21— Siiccess, schooner, 59 tons, W.Meiklejohm • for Auckland, with 13 bales wool (5,734 lbs), Watt. Kennedy & Watt ; 80 bales wool (30,314 lbs), Kinross & Co. Passenger— Mr. U. Jeffares.— G. E. G. Richardson, agent, December 21— Maid, cutter, 15 tons, Jim, for Mahia> with 2 bags salt, 30 bags flour, Richardson ; 2 bags salt> 6 lbs tobacco, 2 cases sundries, 1 keg vinegar, Watt> Kennedy & Watt. Passengers — Mr. G. Aiken and 3 Maoris.— Watt, Kennedy & Watt, agents. CLEABED. December 21— Effort, schooner, 32 tons, Kopu, for Wairoa, in ballast. Passenger— Mr, Peakman.— Maltby & Co., agents.
The Corio left Auckland on the 19th inst., at^joon, and experienced N.E. to S. and S.W, winds— weather very thick and rainy— and arrived here at 5"30 p.m. yesterday. The Rangatira was to leave Auckland for Napier and "Wellington yesterday afternoon.
