The Buildings are situated on Section No. 139, Town of Napier, Leasehold, having 1 7 years to run, at a ground rent of Ten Shillings per foot, frontage to Hastings-street of 34 feet. The Times office is let for £65 per annum, and the Auction Mart for £50 per annum. The Buildings are of Kauri Timber, and substantially built. The Auction Mart is match-lined throughout. The COTSWOLD are got by an imported Ram, for the clip of which the owner was awarded a [Medal at the Great Exhibition of 1862. He weighed when shorn 22Q lbs. and clipped 14 lbs. of wool. The yearlings nbw offered clipped 9 lbs. each thiß season. The LEICESTERS are got by an imported pure bred Ram, one of the finest in the Otago Province..
