AT a Special General Meeting of the Proprietors of this Bank held this day, at the Banking-house, in Queen-street, Auckland, it was unanimously resolved that the Directors be empowered to call up the remainder of the capital of the Company by calls of One Pound per share payable at intervals of no less than six months.
