CONDITIONS: Ten shillings per share to accompany each application. Two pounds per share to be paid within fifteen •days after allotment. The balance by calls of £1 per share, at intervals of at least three months. Shareholders will have the option of paying to •the extent of £5 per share, receiving interest on the over-payment at the rate of ten per cent per annum, until absorbed in calls.
