MAILS CLOSE.— For Wellington, per Sea Serpent, this day, at noon. Wb have to apologise to "Janus" for being a second time compelled to defer his communication. It will certainly appear ou Wednesday, if not sooner. Eor the same reason— the length of the parliamentary paper on roads and settlements, which we have been urged to publish— we have been obliged to hold over several communications and other matter.
