IN PURSUANCE of the provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of New Zealand, intituled "The Regulations of Elections Act, 1858," I, Robert Riddell, Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Mohaka, DO HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that by virtue of a Writ bearing date the sth day of December, 1862, issued under the hand of His Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, an Election will be held for the return of ONE qualified person to serve as a Member of the Provincial Council for the said Electoral District, and that the nomination of Candidates ■will take place at Messrs.
