An Absurd Report.— A Journal of Dresden has it from 'a certain source,' that it 'has been resolved, at a family council held at Rheinhardtsbrunn,' that Queen, Victoria is to offer her Imperial diadem as a marriage present to her eldest son. The same absurd report was lately circulated by the Paris Patrie.
