CONVEYANCE OF MAILS. j Chief Post Office, Napier, October 31, 1862. riTENDERS -will be reoeived at this office until J. 4 o'clock p.m. on FRIDAY, the 28th day of Novembbb, 1862, for the Conveyance of Mails for Twelve Months from the Ist day of ] January 1863, to and from the following places, taking up and delivering Mails at any Branch Post Offices on the respective lines of road that are now or may be hereafter established : ■weekly. _ 1. Napier to Porangahau. 2. Olive to Pourerere. 3. Waipawa to Owavas (Carlyon's station) ! calling at Duncan's outstation. 4. TpUROPEANS are cautioned not to turn their JLJ Cattle upon the fenced land the property of PaoraToro Toro, opposite Tanenuiarangi, between the native fence near Pakowhai and Mr. Rich's fence. If cattle are again found so trespassing the ownerß will be prosecuted. As a gate is left for the accommodation of travellers they are requested to shut it, or the road will be stopped.
