Notice is further given that the said Deed was executed by the said Bernard Ferrers, "William Maltby, and James "Watt, on the fifth day of April instant, and by the said Alexander Kennedy on the seventh day of April instant, and the execution thereof by all the said parties was attested by John Nathaniel "Wilson, of Napier, solicitor.
