H. Wilkinson did assign to the said J. M. Stuart and J. G. Kinross all the Stock, in Trade, HouseV slibld' Furniture, Fixtures, Effects, Goods, and ~~ Chattels, being in and upon the store occupied by the said J. H. Wilkinson at Waipawa, and also all Book and other Debts, and all Sums of Money, and Securities for.Money due and payable to him, the said J. H. Wilkinson. Notice is Mirther Given that the said »T. M. Stuart and J. G. Kinross have taken possession. of all Property comprised in the said Deed, and hereby caution all persons fr om dealing with the said J. H. Wilkinson in respect thereof, and all Money due to the said J. EL Wilkinson is hereby required to be paid to the j said J. M. Stuart and J. G. Kinross. Dated this 7th day of February, 1862. J. N.
