NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by a Deed dated the third day of November 1860, and made between William O'Hara of Napier, Province of Hawke'a Bay, storekeeper, of the first part, John Alexander Smith of the same place, merchant, and Alexander Kennedy of the same place, accountant, of the second part, and' the several persons whose names and seals were thereunto affixed, being creditors of the said William O'Hara, of the third part, the said William O'Hara did convey and assign all his real and personal estate effects (wearing apparel only excepted) unto the said John Alexander Smith and Alexander Kennedy upon trust for the equal benefit of such of the creditors of the said William O'Hara as should assent to and execute the said Deed. The said Deed was executed by the said William O'Hara on the 3rd day of November, 1860, in the presence of and attested by Charles; Allen, of Napier, aforesaid, Solicitor, and by John Nathaniel Wilson also of Napier, Solicitor ; ancl the same Deed was executed by the said Johri, Alexander Smith and Alexander Kennedy, on the sth day of November, 1860, and attested by the! said John Nathaniel Wilson and by Henry Furnessi also of Napier, Merchant's Clerk. Notice is further given that the said Deed lies at the office of the undersigned for execution by the creditors' of the said William O'Hara. J. N.
