DOG NUISANCE ACT. mHE ATTENTION of the Bench of MagisJL trates having been called to the very serious losses occasioned to the sheep fanners in various parts of the District by dogs — and more especially in the recent cases of Messrs. Stokes & Mason — it has been resolved to put strictly in force the provisions of the above Act. Notice is accordingly hereby given that the police have received instructions to destroy all unregistered dogs found at large, or trespassing, after the first day of May next.
