NOTICE is hereby given, that by a Deed J bearing date the Bth day of March, 1860, ( and made between James Burne Ferguson, of Clive, in the Province of Hawke's Bay, Merchant, of the first part, William Maltby, George Edward Gordon Richardson, both of Napier, in the said Province, Merchants, and Alexander Kennedy, of the same place, Accountant, of the second part, and the several other persons whose Names and Seala are thereunto affixed, being Creditors of the said James Burne Ferguson, of the third part, the said James Burne Ferguson hath Conveyed and Assigned all his Real and Personal Estate and Effects, (Household Furniture, Plate, Linen, China, and Wearing Apparel, of the said James Burne Ferguson and his Wife only excepted) to the said W. Maltby, Gr. E. Gr. Richardson, and A. Kennedy, upan trust for the equal benefit of such of the Creditors of the said James Burne Ferguson as should assent to and execute the said Deed. The said Deed was duly executed by the said James Burne Ferguson on the Bth day of March, 1860, in the presence of and attested by John Nathaniel Wilson, of Napier, Solicitor, and Robert Gillmour, of the same place, Accountant, and by thfcsaid William Maltby, George Edward Gordon Richardson, and Alexander Kennedy, on the 10th March, in the presence of the said John Nathaniel Wilson and George Charlton, of Napier, aforesaid, Merchant, and now lies at the office of the said J. N. Wilson, in Napier, for execution by the Creditors of the said James Burne Ferguson. — All persona having any claims on the Estate of Mr. J. B. Ferguson are requested to send a statement thereof to Messrs. Richardson and Charlton, at the Spit, Napier ; and all persons indebted to the estate are requested to pay the amounts due to the said Messrs. Richardson i and Charlton. J. N.
