CHRISTMAS GIFTS. EICHAEDSON & CHAELTON HAVE been instructed by Mr. D. Munn to sell by public auction, at the Eoyal Hotel, Napie^ on Tuesday, the 20th day of December next,— SIXTEEN TOWN LOTS Situated in that beautiful valley adjacent^to the Eoyal Hotel. I.— That property, being section 45, formerly the property of Mr. Villers. This will be sold in lots with roomy buildings upon each, well adapted for a Store or Temperance Family Hotel (much wanted in Napier) one of which having a good substantial brick oven, ready built, admirably adapted for the purposes of a pastry baker, who is much required here. The fact is just beginning to be known that the WEST END, after all, is the end. It is the undoubted centre from which must radiate the Auckland road and the various lines to the interior. The time cannot be far distant when the Hyderabad road (Beach road) will form a perfectly level communication between the terminus of the main trunk lines and the "Iron Pot." And at present, the west end affords the best facilities for shipping wool. Nor should it be forgotten that this part of Seinde Island is the only locality where fresh water, abundant and good, can be guaranteed upon sinking. 2. — 42 acres of splendid agricultural land in the farfamed Petane Valley. 3.----30 acres of BUSH LAND, in the Oero Bush, in 5-acre lots. It is situated on the Middle Eoad, within 35 miles of Port Napier, being, in fact, the nearest bush to town, with a good road all the way. £,- -160 acres in Te Mata, block adjoining Karanema's Eeserve. This is a small portion of the finest Agricultural Land in the Province. For the convenience of the small settler it will be sold in lots of FIVE ACEES, with- frontages to the Middle Eoad. Eoads are reserved within the section, and a Eeserve laid out for a SCHOOL, HOUSE. The whole of these valuable properties are for positive and unreserved sale ; and the opportunity is one which — with property rising sd rapidly in Napier — should be neglected neither by the capialist nor the working settler. Titue — Gbant from the Cbowst. Plans of all the property to be seen at the Eoyal Hotel, and further particulars can be obtained either of Stuabt, Kinboss, & Co., or of Daniel Munn.
