All disputes to be settled by the Stewards, whose decision will be final. Bell to ring for saddling each day at £ past 11 o'clock a. m., and to start at noon precisely; Three horses to start for every race, or the public money will not be given. Entrances for all races excepting the Turf Club Cup, (arrangements for which will be made by the Stewards of the Club,) and the Maori Race, the Scurry Stakes, and Consolation Plate, to be made to Mr. B. Ferrers, at the 'Golden Fleece' Hotel, before 8 o'clock p. m., on Monday, the 22nd February, I860 ; and to be publicly read the same evening. Rules of the Napier Turf Club to be adhered to. The above are to be the amounts of the prizes, provided the subscriptions and entries justify them ; otherwise a proportionate reduction will be made.
